1. The double-sided adhesive of non-woven fabric substrate has good adhesion and processability. It generally has a long-term temperature resistance of 70-80 ℃ and a short-term temperature resistance of 100-120 ℃, with a thickness of 0.08-0.15mm. It is suitable for bonding with nameplates, plastics, automobiles, mobile phones, electrical appliances, sponge, rubber, signs, paper products, toys and other industries, as well as for assembling household appliances and electronic instrument parts, as well as display screen lenses.

2. The double-sided adhesive without substrate has excellent adhesion effect, can prevent detachment, and excellent waterproof performance. It has good processing and temperature resistance, and can withstand temperatures of 204-230 ℃ in the short term and 120-145 ℃ in the long term. The thickness is generally 0.05-0.13mm, suitable for the bonding of nameplates, panels, and decorative parts.

3. PET substrate double-sided adhesive has good temperature resistance and strong shear resistance. It generally has a long-term temperature resistance of 100-125 ℃ and a short-term temperature resistance of 150-200 ℃, with a thickness of 0.048-0.2mm. It is suitable for the bonding of nameplates, LCDs, decorations, and decorative parts.

4. Foam based double-sided adhesive has the characteristics of softness, good adhesion, good initial and holding adhesion, good solvent resistance and UV resistance, with a general thickness of 0.4-1.0MM, short-term temperature resistance of 130-150 ℃, and long-term temperature resistance of 80-93 ℃. It is suitable for bonding air conditioners, office furniture, and communication products, and can replace screw fixation design to make products more beautiful.

5. The hot melt adhesive film has good consistency, uniform adhesive thickness, is solvent-free, easy to process, and has good adhesion to many objects. The thickness is 0.1mm, the color is semi transparent/amber, and the hot melt softening temperature is 116-123 ℃. Suitable for bonding nameplates, plastics, and hardware components; Good results can also be achieved by bonding on uneven surfaces. It is recommended that the initial bonding conditions are: temperature 132-138 ℃, bonding time 1-2 seconds, and pressure 10-20 pounds per square inch.
