1. Firstly, the adhesive surface must be cleaned and dried. It is generally recommended to wipe and clean the surface with a mixture of 1:1IPA (isopropanol) and water dipped in a cloth, and wait for the surface to completely dry.

2. After the cleaning solvent is dry, attach the tape to the adhesive surface and apply a pressure of about 15PSI (1.05 kg/square centimeter) using a roller or other means to effectively bond it.

3. Tear off the release paper from the adhesive tape, then apply the required adhesive material and apply a pressure of 15PSI to ensure effective adhesion. If bubbles need to be removed, the pressure should be increased to the maximum limit that the item can withstand.

4. The ideal temperature for pasting is 15-38 ℃, not lower than 10 ℃.

5. When adhesive tape is used, one end should be first bonded and then slowly pressed to the other end to reduce the probability of bubble formation.

The suitable environment for storing 3M double-sided adhesive tape requires a temperature of 19-23 ℃ and a humidity of 40-60%.
